Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO) is currently searching for a talented Human Resources Manager to head its expanding HR Department.
Main duties of the position include :
- Coordination organisational development activities and change management processes;
- Overseeing recruitment and workforce planning;
- Employee welfare , employment conditions and industrial relations;
- Strengthening performance management and training systems.
Minimum Requirements :
- Masters Degree in a relevant field of Business or Human Resources Management coupled with significant working , experience in a HR role at managerial level (4 to 6 years)
- Very strong problem solving , influencing and strategic thinking skills;
- Nepali Citizen
